Directions: Whisk egg white until foamy; stir in Pecans, coating well. Stir in Sugar; coat well. Spread pecan mixture evenly on a lightly greased 15x10 aluminum foil lined pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Stir gently with a wooden spoon: bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes more until sugar is light brown. Remove from oven, and cool completely in a pan. Store in an air-tight container.
